ICICI Bank Limited - cheated by ICICI Bank

I am holding of ICICI Bank Credit card vide card account no.********102598005. Two years back they offered

Me personal Loan of Rs.400000 against that card & I accepted the Loan through telephonic conversation.

I paid my all the bills promptly .Now I had paid Rs. 200000 as prepayment on dated 06.07.2009 alongwith bill

which is already credited by Bank. But I am very sorry to write you that they are not credited prepaid amount

against loan account. They want to adjust my prepayment amount towards the EMI on loan account and interest .

After various reminder they are not agree to adjust my prepayment against loan account.

Please do the needful.
