i have applied for a personal loan for rs 6,00,000 in joymax financial associates noida after reading their advertisement in local newsparer of nagpur which is promised @ of 3 % p.a, the application charges was 2,200 rs which was non refundable. the expenses told after clearing of file was rs 12,900 which is refundable with the loan, apart from it no other expenses was mentioned and was promised to get a DD of 6,12,900. after submitting 12,900 rs in a bank account of Mr Ankit kumar rana in ICICI bank account no 025001515573. which i deposited on 26th nov, after that i received a call from the legal department to deposite 18,900 rs for the DD maing charges & insurance & advocate fees who will visit which was not informed earlier, i argued with them but they said that it is to be borne by the costumer & its the final charges out of which 50% is refundable & no other charges, will be charged i asked them to reduce the amount which wasreduced to rs 16,900 & after asking them 10 times weather other charges will be charged by advocate was promised that all charges are inculded in it & company pays advocate you are not required to pay,i deposited the amount on 7th dec 2010, i was given advocates number on 10 th dec and the phone was switched off for 3 days any how the call was received on monday 13th dec 2010 by his assistant & he said sir is busy call after 2 days & please deposite 18000 rs 3% commission in the same account of ankit rana & then we will book flight tickets for nagpur and give you DD after all documentation. i questioned them that commision is paid after loan clears and it was included in that amount which was deposited erlier but they are not listening. even the commision is to be deposited in the account of Mr ankit rana THe MD of Joymax and not the advocate. i am in doubt weather the company exist, if yes are they genuine/ pleasse help as soon as possible.
