I bought 5 Koutans shirts and the shirts which I received were of very poor in quality, I have returned the product through DTDC courier within the same day as per the return policy mentioned in the website and requested to initiate the money back process.

It has been almost 20 days and I have not heard anything from the website people, I am keep on sending them the email but no reply.

FYI: The emails which I have sent to them.
