He mentioned that the Washing machine is not used and i bought it for 8000 on 8th October 2013 around 8PM.
His residence is at Koramangala near Panasonic signal (35,16C main,Koramangala 4th block)and service centre shop is at neelasandra
I found that the washing machine is leaking water when I started it ,The service guy said it wont work and it is damaged piece. I've informed him and asked him to take it back , he said ok but after that he is not answering my calls.
he said that he'll give 2 yrs warranty and gave warranty for 1 year.
He cheated me at the first place by giving the wrong details about the product and he is not responding after proving the details were wrong.
hi According to customer details we wanted to replace the product but customer was not willing to do that and the problem as mentioned by customer was a water leakage which could have been corrected but customer insisted for refund which has been done further queries could be collected from customer the machine is brand new and lesser then the market price

I am Narmadha and the same guy has cheated me also by giving very old washing machine and dish washer which is not working for rs.20000 on OCT 3rd and he took my old washing machine and the installation also took after 1 week and then only i came to know that was a not working machines and i got cheated and i have called him and asked to refund my money but he said he will give after that he is not attending my calls and he will always message stating tomorrow i will give but still now i have not got my money.My contact number is ********94.please help me to get back my money.
