Here are the details of the laptop:

Product number WA694UA

He mentioned that the laptop is 1.5 years old and i bought the laptop for 19000Rs on 2nd september 2013 at 3PM.

I found that the laptop is 3.5 years old by checking with the serial number on the HP website.

Warrent started on 11th May 2010 as i checked in the system information and it ended on 2011June15 as i checked in the website.

I called him on the 3rd September and asked to take the laptop back and give my money back.
He is rejecting to do that and he is not ready to take it back.
If he takes it back he can only return 17000 only.
He cheated me at the first place by giving the wrong details about the product and he is talking rashly after proving the details were wrong.
