Tata Motors - Chassis broken of tata safari, Very Very serious could have been fatal.

My vehicle bearing reg.no.MHO3Z5998 is lying down at wasan motors deonar from the 22nd of june 2010, reason chassis broken. On 22nd june, While driving my car chassis broke and the steering column was ripped off from the chassis,which made the vehicle to go out of control leading to an minor accident.It was my sure luck that i was not driving on the pune-mumbai express highway as i often do, it would have been my sure death. Now tata motors are still looking into the matter and are awaiting for an official report. I do not understand whats taking them so long,the car is at wasan, the chassis is visible,the vehicle was towed by them, there is no major accident on my vehicle, the chassis should not break as it is the vertebra column of the car and the life of the chassis should last till the end of the vehicle. I do not know what helding them back.Hope they understand and solve my problem.
I have even attached a photo of how the vehicle has been towed after the accident, they knew that my car had a steering problem which their mechanic had examined and informed still they haven't sent an appropriate towing vehicle. Adding more pain to the situation.

Tata motors have offered me a discount of 50% on costing of the chassis frame required for my vehicle and the 30% discount offer on labour. it seems vague and does not give me any idea about the actual costs that are going to be involved, and though I am not amused or delighted by their offer, I unheartily propose that they provide me with a complete detailed report of the actual costs that would be incurred on repairing my vehicle. I further wish to state that since 11 long months, my vehicle has been lying unattended at Wasan Motors service centre and I do not know the present condition of my vehicle, therefore the minimum I expect from Tata Motors and/or Wasan Motors is to get back my vehicle in a fit & proper condition without further delay & harrassment.
