Bangalore City Traffic Police - Charging wrong amount by Autorickshaw driver

Auto driver did not start the meter and agreed to take me from Garudacharpalya to GR Tech Park for Rs.40 but on reaching the destination argued that he had said Rs.50 and refused to give back the correct change.
Auto number is KA 03 4268. Please take proper action against him.

Complainant's Goal: The Auto Driver should be penalized and punished so that he will not repeat it.
