I happened to buy a spy key chain camera Make: Croisant online through www.AnandIndia.in by paying money through net banking. I received the item but it did not behave the way it was expected. I made an email at care@anandindia.in besides I kept trying their helpline numbers. I bet if anybody tries them now I'm sure 99% times you will not be able to contact them straightaway. These are the people who are eating away the hard earned money of Indian customers. I strictly advice all lovely Indians to keep away from such bogus companies. I requested them on mail to give me the solution but they tried telling me as if I'm a kid. To an engineer they started narrating that how to operate the device. I requested them to refund the amount as it happens in all online orders if u r not satisfied u can ask for refund but they did not budge to my request. Hence the advice has been floated to every citizen of this country.
