Dear Sir ,
MY bike has seriously faulty engine, dey r opening the engine in 4th service only,it makes seriously bad noise n bike is of no use,i ve bloggd abt the bike advising all 2 go for d bike but nw i came to know bike was bad choice, why do u sell such bad products ? i am seriously upset as got this bike from all my savings in two years, now kindly advise wot i ve to do ? i ve already given it 4 servicing its been 4 th day already..i trusted on the HONDA brand tuk d bike wit closed eye, even i had got 3 rd prize 4 good maitainance n mileage competetion held by city honda, but now bike makes very bad noise ..kindly help me..wot shud i do now

In my cbtwister has a problem in engine, & problem is that oil was not going in engine then engine parts has been dameged, and i belong to a middle family & i am not able to buy new bike, i bought this bike on 5 nov 2010, sir i am in job plz sir do something without bike i cant do the job,
i bought this bike from sumedha honda gwalior n they r not doing anything. k

Hi U need to approach the "Rite person" to look into the issue.
I had got call from HOnda within 24 hours for after writing complaint on line. they took care of rest of the things, bike is almost year old now still gives 60+ mileage.
HONDA has good reputation in customer service
