PRADA shell frame - white marks and colour faded out
This is about PRADA glass frame (black colour) I bought May 2008 from their Nungambakkam, Chennai showroom. Just one month after the warranty period got over, suddenly some white patches started appearing and in few places the colour has started faded out. Fe weeks before I checked with show room people and they sent it to Dealer for repair and possible replacement (as my one year warranty period is over). Later show room people informed me that dealer is saying this is due to sweating and they can’t do anything as the warranty period is over.

What surprising me, is that frame not meant FOR SWEATING CLIMATE/BODY? (in India?) That too a branded frame and in that case why didn’t the showroom people inform me this at first place before I purchase the same? I JUST THINK THIS IS A SILLY REASON.

Later I spoke to their regional manager and mailed their customer cell but they replied me with the same reason and saying this is due ware & tear and not covered under any warranty.

I still think that FRAME IS NOT A GENUINE one and these people simply cheated me
Later I checked few consumer complaints sites and could see many complaints about these cheaters and I AM SURE PEOPLE WILL THROW AWAY THESE KIND OF FRAUDS FROM MARKET IN THE NEAR FUTURE
