I would like to inform you that 08th May 2009, I have made agreement with ABDUL SAKIR KHAN (Builder) and HARNAM SINGH (Builder) against property SECOND FLOOR (FRONT SIDE) WITH ONE BIG CAR PARKING ON GROUND FLOOR OF THE PROPERTY BEARING NO. 7, MEASURING 125 SQ YRDS IN KHASRA NO. 257/1, CHAATTARPUR ENC. NEW DELHI-110074. Total consideration of Rs. 32,00,000/- (Rupees thirty two lac only).
As of now I have paid Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three lac only). To Favor of \"HARNAM SINGH\".

Now Builder disagreed with agreement and ready to refund my rest of money. He given me lot of date for refund but now its around 10-12 month crossed and I haven\'t received my sort of amount.
Even he assigned me a fraudy check on 4th of May 2010 which is bounced.

Sir, we have booked a 370 sq ft flat in Devli, from Arun Dev Buildcon pvt Ltd in May 2008. As per registration agreement if the builder is unable to issue offer of allotment within 24 months from date of booking, they will pay the entire amount with 18%p.a interest. we have sent a letter in Aug 2010 stating refund of our money but they have not paid any amt. finally we agreed for the only amt which we paid i.e two lakh seventy thousand rupees. But they are not giving any amount. can any one help me to get the money...
