We have booked a flat in oct 2013 by Brindha Residency, Bangalore and given rupees 1lac has booking amount as token of advance. After few months he said due to some reason we are unable to give the flat and will refund the amount. From last four month we are following up with the company but still they didn't refund the amount. Recently they issued the cheques which bounced. Can you please look into the issue and suggest if steps to get it resolved.
