NBC India books - Book not sent and not reimbursed

Order no 113784. Book ordered online and paid 22 May 2011 for 12658 INRO.
Book never sent.
After two emails, I was informed on 24 July 2011 that "We have cancelled and refunded your order". However refund never received.
Emails sent in July and August saying refund received but no reply.
