kunal batra - bold 9900 speaker problem

sir/ madam,
im using blackberry phones since long tym....wheva sm new model is dere i buy it...
this is for the first time im facinf problem with d handset....
i bought bold 4....9900....two days bak and the speakers stoppd working....i gt it replaced today and nw again the speakers are not working of the replaced handset too...
kindly refund me the money as i cannot waste time on such things....and such problem in a handset of company like blackberry is nt accepted....
