As per service centre phone is dead
For replacement they are not having the above mentioned model.
asking for another week after a week is over for replacement
When I asked them to give me the upper model with the difference charged to me than they cant
I have been left with only option to wait or purchase another handset as (I am mostly in field) my work is suffered a lot
I ask you up that what is after sales service for these costly handsets & when they collapse in a month
I am in continuosly in Touch with Mr Dhir of Redington & mailed also my complaint to Mr Siva Kumar (sivakumar.b@redington.co.in) & Mrs Sunitha(sunitha.c@redington.co.in)
Mr Dhir has responded but the other are not listening
Now please assist me for going legal action action If I doesnot get answer within two days as I have sent them mail also

I am too having the problem with blackberry.My phone is going mute and is haging frequently. From the day i bought it this problem is coming. 3 times the software has been updated but no use and these people are not ready to help.
Kindly tell me is your problem sorted out. If yes kindly tell me how to handle it and if not lets do something about it.

even i purchased Model 9220 this year in july, it got a switched off again and again they send it to service center, from there they wrote that it got liquid damaged. but they don't gave any specific reason how it got liquid damaged. it was a new mobile cost of Rs 11500. they neither replaced it nor they repaired it. such a ***** they are. i lost my important contacts infact i missed my deals in business. i went for consumer court but they are not assuring for a positive result. in service center only i met 3 peoples who had same liquid damage complaint in their handset. i must say blackberry is selling outdated handsets and cheating peoples. they should be banned.
