Dear Sirs,
I purchased HP Tonner Cartridge 12A and the second day a black border (1 inch width) came vertically in all printouts. i check the cartridge and change the same in another printer, but the same problem still exists. please give me a solution.
cartridge package details are as under:-

barcode number - (1P Q2612A)
package number - F26Z4K
