i am a resident of j-3/89 rajouri garden, new delhi-110027 i have received a bill no. 130723
dt 21.10.2010 for rs. 607/ which i have paid by cash deposited in corporation bank, rajouri garden, new delhi on 11.11.2010 and i have received a bill no.498611 dt 13.07.11 for rs.2769/- which includes last balance of rs.1504/ i have paid on 02.08.11 and again bill no.355360 dt.31.01.2011 for rs.1497/ which also include last balance of rs.637 which i have paid on 15.02.11 once again i have received bill no.790444 dt. 10.02.2012 which once again includes last balance of rs.637/ which once again rectified/corrected from DJB office at janakpuri, new delhi and deposited the full amount of rs. 1092/ on 02.04.2012 now i have again received bill no.929188 dt. 26.04.2012 for rs.3099/-which once again include last balance of rs. 1871/ which i have already deposited . Now i am informing you that i have already filled the required form last time for adjusting the already paid bill but in vain. is it our duty to rectify the bill every time what they doing if they do not rectify a very small amount. you are requested to please rectify the above mentioned bill so i can deposit the full amount of bill . Please instruct the concern person of billing department to enter the correct entry in the computer if they are doing like this and harassing the consumer then there is no other alternative except COURT. I am once again requested to please give the strict instructions to billing deptt. for the same.
Please also note that i have received the bill after due date every time and they are insisting for pay the penality with the bill amount
