I had got a first bill of 1765.00 for March 2011, which I had paid on 06Apr2011. But suddenly I get a call from the executive on 15th Apr2011 asking for the due of 540.00 for March 2011 which is over due, I explained her that I had paid. Then she told she will update. But from 5:22PM my data card is disconnected. Till 9pm I was unable to sort why my data card is not working, later called the customer care and the person (1st Mr.Manoj / 2ndMr.Srinath) started telling that your payment is outstanding and gave me a docket no. 2******** and told that he will keep the data card active from 1.30am of 16th Apr 2011 for 24hrs, by which I need to pay the balance outstanding of 540.00 within 24hrs and that amount is a excess due from some other bill.
Fortunately I was little bit alert and explained and argued seeking for justice, then Mr.Srinath - executive accepted that this has been wrongly raised and activated immediately at 23:18. If I was not alert then I would have lost 540.00.
But from ~18:00 till 23:18 of 15th Apr2011, I lost the connectivity who will bare the loss.
