Maruti Suzuki India Limited - beekay auto did not returned the money

Respected Sir,

I am Subhas Chatterjee from Purulia. I have given Rs. 5000 to book a new car(wagon r) to Beekay Auto Pvt. ltd Asansol. The agents had convinced giving wrong information and they have taken the money of Rs. 5000. After that I have deceided not to book new one(I am already having Alto 2007 model).I have given the money on July 2013.They have promised they will return the money but still they have not returned that. I request you to look into this mater , and do something to return my money.
