I have purchased Honda 2 wheeler(dream neo) from one of your dealer(big swing Honda) on 6 Nov 13 located in Gurgaon,sohna road.The chaise no. for the same is ME4JC623KD8091295 and my registration no is HR 26 CC6501.
First to start with,as other buyers I had an impression of Honda for good customer service as its a such a big brand name.I am facing a very bad experience from my end.From the date of my purchase of my bike I am facing numerous no. of problems regarding the battery.I informed the concerned dealer from the date of purchase about the same,but he communicated me that as I will drive more this issue will be rectified.I agreed at that time as I am not a technical person and have to trust the respective person blindly.
And the bike which was provided to me was not clean when I asked for the clean up.The answer I got that I can avail this service after 20-25 days.I compromised on this too but later when I gone back to avail this service the respective person always tells that washer mqachine is not working.I faced this problem Twice.But some how I managed that too,later I was facing a big problem regarding the battery and I informed the respective SVC person about the same.He checked the battery and found that it had an issue.
To resolve the same he told me to leave the bike over at Service Station for 3 days as they will replace the same with new battery.I aggred to it and returned back to authorised SVC after 4 days.And after reaching the Service Station I found that my bike was with all dirt, no cleaning,battery was dismantled from the bike and nothing has been done.When I urge to Incharge of the Service Station the answer he gave to me was unacceptable,he told me that " If I am in such a hurry then I should approach some other local service station to rectify the same ". When I said how can you say so he didnt replied and totally ignored my situation.
After facing all this hazards and harresment I took my bike and left.Now my battery is lying over there and no solution has been provided to me till date and no eagerness from the SVC to provide me a solution to this and no information.
To end all this I would say that I purchased the bike with a purpose from such a big name Brand Name,today nor my reason for purchase is sort out and my trust on such big name has come to end.But as a customer is my urge towards you that please take a big step on this as your big brand name has end up in "shame" for me.And if you can not provide me any service on this so kindly let me know that too as I can afford the same from local service centre as I dont have any money Issue.
