retired engineer. - Bed roll distribution

I AND MY WIFE TRAVELLED in Garib rath (no 2878 ) from new delhi to Ranchi.
Coach no G8 PNR NO. 2210768900.Passengers had to collect their bed roll themself as the attendent was drunk, Moreover no receipt was given to anybody.The same thing happened(no receipt ) while i was going to delhi.
The attendent even got down at Muri and no body was to care for bed rolls.
