Honda Two Wheelers - Battery was defective and I could not get it replaced inspite of repeated effort

I purchased honda activa scooter about six months back I found it difficult to start using button as the battery was defective.
I gave it for servicing and informed the problem, but they took more than a month to identify that battery is defective.
They took back defective battery for replacing with new one but till today I could not get it back
My invoice No. 11IN06729 dated 28.9.2011
Battery no: 1209459.
My osteoarthritis increased with use of your scooter. I had to spend thousands of rupees on medical expenses.
I shall be if you can respond to this and arrange to supply new battery immeditely
