Tata DOCOMO - Balance Deduction

Yesterday I was receive a call from this number 1402021064, They were some offers for me, but i did not respond, Then without my permission today at 03.09.04 AM activated songbook pack in my number and cutted 30 RS. Then i was called customer care number 198 but some network issue disconnect the call. after that i cannot connect again customer care. How can i get my balance, Please help.

3 days back suddendly 3g pack have been activated on my number ********67 and in the main account 93r.s have been deducted and also i have not used the net pack,,,so plese refund me back the amount !!!!!!!!!
