Tata DOCOMO - Balance deducted but no recharge

On 13th July 2012 I tried to recharge my photon+ no:********92 from ichoose.com the site recommended by tata photon.Despite deduction from my bank balance my account wasn’t recharged.I contacted customer care who assured me that the problem would be fixed within 48 hrs and that a company representative would call me within 48 hrs.Despite 2 reminders afterwards neither my account was recharged nor did I received any call from customer care.During my subsequent calls the customer care service was highly uncooperative and they were just employing round talks instead of addressing my problem.Kindly help.
