hi, i activated a net pack of rs 8 in which i got 50mb data usage. i use it for 10-12 minutes to update my facebbok, then i recieved a message that my balance is 0. 00 from 40.10. at that moment i was still having 12.35mb in my account. On contacting to customer care, first they discconect my call adn when i tried again, they are excusing my querry with a reason that i access an charegable site. i only access facebook if they want they can check my history. but still they are saying same things again and again. it is happening 3rd time with me that when i got a recharge they charge my balance with same reasons.
