Dear Sir/Madam
I am a prepaid customer of airtel having my number ********85. i have recharged my account on 28-12-2010 at 9:09 and got a talk time of rs 249 with transaction id 1********2. I am also having tariff of free SMS pack of Rs 52 which is valid till 8-Jan-11. Now my balance is 0 .
So please help me out in solving this issue, i could not call to the customer care because of 0 balance.

An email communication has been sent to Airtel Mobile Karnataka on December 30, 2010, 12:50 pm
I got call from customer care they are saying that i have exceeded my sms limit. but the which i have send is not yet delivered. If i had taken a sms voucher then why there is a condition of charging SMS on 31 dec and 1 st jan. Then what is the use of SMS pack.
The problem is not yet resolved. customer care cant provide me the solution
