This is Viswanadham P, working in bangalore for reputed Pharma Industry, herewith i want to bring to your notice that i am having Pulsar 150 cc bike, i have small maintainance problems for my bike, so i thought to rectify the problems so i have given my bike to Bajaj Show Room (Rama Motors) A Authoorized Service Center for Bajaj Auto Limited) present in Old Alwal of Secunderabad -10, Phone Number 040-64606470. the service center told me that all problems of my bike and to rectify those problems they have given me estimated amount of 3000 rupees, i paid the amount after the service is completed. but the main problem what i lodged is not fulfilled properly. (i.e., Handle Bar strightening) still i am facing problem of handle control while riding my bike. the same problem was told to theh service center manager, but he has not given proper justification. i still feeling bad for their poor services and misleading the customers with false acivities. i am the customer to look for better quality service for my bike, hence i went for "Bajaj Service Center" the reputed service center is doing like this means i am very pity on your service and your brand.
Please take necessary actions on this, i will be available 24/7 to provide my support regarding this.

They never responce anything for the customers, they made me roam for two days for getting number for my byk. They didnt reduce single money, i gave my bike complaints (4 complaints)in first service , but they didnt touch any thing. They just change the engine oil and get rs. 348 for service. They return my bike within two hours. But thy told me that they service well. But still i had the same problems. They must make you to lose the customers. I complained many people that plz dont buy any bike on that particular showroom..

i bought bajaj pulsar 150 just before 20 days. it is very bad in road grip. many of ma friends having pulsar 150 they also told the same problem. Back tyre skitting tooo much. I may met an accident. I bought ma bike at (JK AUTOMOBILES ,25A, REDHILLS HIGH ROAD, KOLATHUR CHENNAI - 600099
