Service centre people dont have least courtesy to give phone number of higher up in-charge.not even ready to tell the status of our mobile under service.dont even know what the problem is but keep on telling new complaint every time.i had given my mobile K330 along with battery as there was battery back-up problem.they informed me that there is problem with PCB board.now they are telling its fine so they have sent the mobile back but have kept the battery for checking.From past 3days same story is being repeated.now he states that once in 3days only he will send his person to collect and submit mobiles for servicing.
the contact number given in job sheet is switched off 95% of the times.the time mentioned for servicing is 10.00Am to 8.00PM but in reality its 10.00Am to 6.00Pm it seems.will i get dream regarding that?
what are you people supposed to do in a service industry?
have you given the mobile free of cost?haven\'t I paid for it?
cant you open proper service centre with sensible people?
what do you expect m to do?
