MY NAME IS JUNAID, I HAD PURCHASED A SUZUKI ACCESS 125 IN OCTOBER 2017, THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS IN THIS MODEL, WHEN I GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM, THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE STARTING SYSTEM AS WELL AS THE FRONT SUSPENSION IS NOISY. I WANT MY VEHICLE TO BE CHECKED PROPERLY IN FRONT OF ME AND RESOLVED IT.

I have a complaint about Suzuki service centre Ganpati autotech pvt ltd C- 2/8 Kabir nagar 100ft road delhi 94.
Very bad experience in life I made a huge mistake to visit this Suzuki service centre. There service quality is very bad there supervisor : Mukesh kumar is very arrogant he don’t have the knowledge about bike and it’s parts. In the time of servicing they broke my 2 bike part and they charged from me for that part. I have a direct question to Suzuki Team why I pain high labour cost when your labour is not professional. Pls look into this matter. I suggest all to go there own risk there manager Hritik is also not supported me after discussing the issue.

I had purchase Suzuki Gixxer on 6th Nov 2017 but from day of purchase it's self was not working. I told several times to their service center when I give bike for service but this issue was not resolved.
Again in the third servicing I informed the same to the service center customer manager at that they had taken my bike battery for replacement & they told we replaced it within 7-8days but almost 16days passed not a single came from these guys.
I think this is the worst service center of Suzuki in Hyderabad. Main reason, there workshop & customer service manager both of them have full ego.

Hi,

Bought my new access 125 in March 2018... Ran hardly 500 km...

Whenever I am turning on my Scott the engine is starting automatically without pushing self start and after that if you try to accelerate its dosnt happens..

Not satisfied with service provide as of now for Suzuki access 125 hardly run 1000 km .its start giving problem after 1st mandotry services by swami motor phase 1 Chandigarh.today I.e 29 march 2018 visited services centre for rectify. Unfortunately accident by supervisor.not able to understand.front damaged. Pl help . Vikas ********66

Complaint regarding unavailable of Suzuki acsses 125 model 2012 spare parts..like carburettor jet and bush...I have been checked all stores and services centre of your company in Mysore..when ever I asked them abt carburettor jet and bush they respond very critical way saying they are unavailable at the moment and it will avail some days near future.. especially kpr Suzuki sales and center kuvempunagar Mysore..so just reply me when will thz spares available and where so I can buy it..and take necessary action on service centre above I mentioned....

I bought a bike hayate on 19/10/2017 from Dhot Suzuki shahabad markanda.
But both tyre of the bike are very uncomfortable.
No grips in tyre and the bike are sleeps in normal rain on road. Please do somthing for tyres and change the tyres of my bike
