I bought a HP Laptop a year ago - A DV6 7039TX.
The laptop crashed unexpectedly. It was still under warranty when this occured. The Customer Support shrugged saying that it was a software problem and it is not covered under warranty and that I am supposed to purchase the recovery discs..
When I called them up again to place the order, tey informed me that they would send me the payment link for it and the CDs as soon as possible.
1 month over - warranty has expired , no Recovery discs yet and my laptop is still not working..
Complainant's Goal: Get my laptop working or get a replacement
