STAR BAZAAR - Bad Cake

I had visited to Star Bazar on 10th Feb2013 (9.50PM) & purchased a Cake from their bakery.
Once I reached home (it is 1Km far from Kalasagar- Ahmedabad), I seen box of Cake is totally soggy & some water or liquid was coming from cake. I had tried to cut a piece, found the same.

Next I had called to Start Bazar more than 4times but no one was taking care of my issue, I had tried to Contact Store Head but he (Mr. Sharma) was not bothering for the same & not attended my call. Somehow I got one mobile no of bekari div executive - on called - he was just responding - sorry /will not be repeated - but not attended my compliant properly.
Next day again i have asked to come & check Cake condition . Same person had visited & collected cake but after that no response on the same.
Why same happened , what was wrong in cake. in fact after that no single communication or response from Start Bazar .
If Div or Store Head can’t take Responsibility & can't attend compliant - than no needs of such man there.

Request you to look into such issue & need a proper solution for the same, another i shall complaint to Consumer court.
