TTR s doesnt know how to behave to the passengers .I had many incidents , dont remeber exactly but in i=one incident the My reservation was n the last reserved copmartment and it was not having the usual reserved names like S12 etc ,when i asked the TTR ,he was pointing to the direction but as i could nt find the name ,i return and asked again ..This time he was very rude and shouting ..i had to go to the Head ttr but no use ...depeartment has to take strict actions against them,
I support this complaint.Even the same senar'o has dne with my parents when they started from Delhi to HYD... Even'tho' they have a photocopy of all the proff's they are treated very rude manner by Bull'S't TTR (LADY)... and finally she was charged...!!
Take this as a consideration and action it Asap... better layoff this kind of TTR's.....
I support this complaint.

I support this complaint. Some TTRs are very rude in their behaviour. They shout for not reason and even disturb the passenger during sleep with loud words. There needs to be strict implementation of defined protocols and an eye on top of them.
