Videocon - Bad after sale service of Videocon

I had bought Kenstar water purifier. It was working fine till the time, i got paid service from authorized service center by Videocon (Kenstar). The person they sent for the service was not trained and therefore some part of the water purifier got problem while servicing. I had to pay the amount for the part. Thereafter every now and then, water purifier is having issues, some of the times, it stops water flow, some time there is problem with lights ...... and so on. Each time you call guy from service center, they ask you 150 Rs service charges on every visit. The only option I am left with is to throw the water purifier in junkyard as I see that these issues are not going to end. I don’t see any sense in making the payment to service center, when they are not equipped with better staff. DON’T buy a by Videocon /Kenstar) product if you are looking for after sales service. The service are pathetic, the staff doesn’t have manners to speak with customer, they would even go to extend of using abusive language.

Despite of my reminders to customer care, nothing is happening. Customer care doesn’t have time to see the problems faced by their customers.
