Axis Bank — personal loan not disbursed too late and fraud commitment on Processing fee
Hello Sir, I applied for personal loan, it has been approved and i received a message that amount has been disbursed 10, 000, 00, EMI Starting date has been commenced still didnot receive funds in my bank account, its almost 10 days. It looks like someone in AXIS are internally being used in name of customer sanctioned loan amount. This is really illegal and need to be put a full stop and value to customer and the processing fee commited was 2500 but it looks like 14, 5000 INR has been charged, now the representative not picking up my call. This is really a serious matter to consider in point of quality and ISO standards immediately and help to get my funds soon. I already sent my HDFC statement to loans@axisbank.com, still waiting for the response. Thanks for your immediate action.

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that, I take personal Loan of Rs. 4,00,000/- from Axis Bank, my EMI of Rs. 8,800/- for the month of October,2017 already paid before due date on 26th Sept,2017. As per account statement the said amount adjusted in my principal amount and several time call me to deposit you EMI.
Therefore you are request please above said amount treat as my EMI for the month of October'2017 because I do not pay my EMI for the month of October'2017 in 2 times.
