I bought Karbonn a6 in november, just a week back its screen got cracked because it fall off from table during vibration, but the phone was working fine, only three cracks were there on the screen, so i went to the AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE in HYDERABAD, and the new screens which they were attaching with my phone were not working with it, that is, the new screen's hardware buttons and touch is not working with my phone. I went to all the service centre, but no one was able to solve my problem, rather they all after opening it again and again made its condition WORSE. My phone is under WARRANTY PERIOD. Please help me, i want them to attach a new screen to my phone which works with it(i am ready to pay the price of the screen) or replace my phone if they don't find any screen which works with my phone. Seeking for your early HELP.
I have the Complaint Receipt from Service Centre and Warranty Card.
