Hello, Sir/Madam On 3st July 013, I visited one of the PNB ATM to withdraw money from my Indian debit card in Gorakhnath(Gorakhpur UP). I completed all necessary procedure to withdraw 10,000 money like entering PIN number,Amount etc.

After it i immediately show the message as usually " Your Transaction is processed" and
take time and other message was " time out " and again second PNB ATM to withdraw money from my Indian debit card in Gorakhnath(Gorakhpur UP) After it i immediately show the message as usually " Your Transaction is processed" and i received 10,000 Amount and again check the account

I again checked my balance by Card but 20,000 amount was showing deducted in my account. I received one time 10,000 amount but deducted 20,000 amount in my account.


After it I immediately went to Indian Bank Branch in the Same city (Greater Noida G.B Nagar) where I hold my account and I registered Written Application on 11/07/2013 and my complain number G058348791 and i am also give four times written application and no any response any time. I am waiting 2 month no any response by PNB Bank and Indian bank no any other help my indian bank branch office and Bank Person has not helped yet.

Indian Bank Staff also told no help and no return back money and you can ho PNB branch in (Gorakhpur)and PNB Staff told i am not help you you can go in Home Branch Office.


I hope Grahakseva staff will help me to receive my money back. Thanks.
