Punjab National Bank - ATM drawl account debited but not dispense cash

I have withdrawl money Rs 4000/- from my PNB Account Number 035********13892 through ATM on 08/02/2018 at 01.36 PM but i have not received Cash however my account is debited Rs 4000/-. So sir i request you to solve this matter at your earliest plz.
