n contrary to my revoked ECS instruction in favor of ICICI Prulife for Rs. 2500/- against policy No. 09889071, my account is dabited for Rs.25,000.
 
The policy for which ECS instruction was given earlier is already lapsed in March 2009. In inquiry, It is found that the payee (The ICICI Pru life) had already stopped making ECS request in my bank account since the policy was lapsed.
On 01-02-2010 Rs. 25000/- have been debited from my account in favour of ICICI Prulife. Due to this arbitrary debit from my salary account I am running out of money.
 
I have approached Mr.Ankur Srivastava of the branch of ICICI Pru Rudrapur and Mr.Ganesh Chandra Pandey of Branch of Rudrapur HDFC in this matter and no satisfactory answer is given by them.
 
I request you to take immediate measures and suggest me how to proceed especially when I am running out of money due to this arbitrary action  of Payee( ICICI Pru) and or drawer( HDFC Bank).
