Dear sir,
Kindly Refer to your letter RMS/R-01/593 Date 15 May 2012. I vide my application dated 2 april 2012 have sought the information on following points on the afore said subject but it was declined stating exempted from disclosure under section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. I waN to bring it into your kind notice that assets and liabilities statements of the above referred officer is required to file a case regarding disproportionate assets of the officer. If this information is denied How can I prove that officer was dishonest and has made disproportionate assets than his known sources of income. “UNDER SECTION 8(1)(j) ANY INFORMATION WHICH CAN’T BE DENIED TO THE PARLIAMENT OR A STATE LEGISLATURE SHALL NOT BE DENIED TO ANY PERSON”.

IT IS AGAIN REQUESTED TO SUPPLY ME FOLLOWING INFORMATION UNDER RTI ACT 2005,OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO MAKE AN APPLICATION TO CHIEF INFORMATION COMMISSIONER UNDER RTI ACT 2005.
1)ASSETS AND LIABILITIES STATEMENT OF Sh. Sh.G.S.DUBEY GM PAD HEAD OFFICE NEW DELHI. FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS.
2)DETAILS OF AMOUNT DEPOSITED IN PF DURING LAST 10 YEARS.
