INDIAPLAZA ONLINE SHOPPING IN INDIA - amount not refund after cancellation of order

I placed order of Philips Hand Blender HR1372 (order number (I0********53)on 21st Feb 2013 from Indiaplaza.com. On 4th March 2013, I was informed that the product is not available, hence they shall refund my amount of Rs 5336 in 10 days. However, I have repeatedly tried contacting the officials about refund, and I am told everytime that the refund will be processed in a day but they are now even stopped recieving calls. I have spent hundred of rupees calling them and wasted a lot of precious time. Also they close my complaints without resolution and information.

Unfortunately, at certain times we find ourselves unable to procure items due to its non availability in our warehouse or with vendor partners. We did try to source the item from various suppliers. Unfortunately, we are forced to cancel the item due to non availability.

The refund will be processed in the next 3 working days and the amount is expected to be credited to your account in the next 7 to 10 working days depending upon inter-bank procedures.

You are important to us! Hope you take this cancellation as an aberration and would give us an opportunity to serve you back.
