ICICI Bank Limited - Amount diducted from my saving account for credit card which was closed in 2012

This is with reference to amount deducted on 08/02/2014 from my saving account for credit card which was closed in 2012 and amount has recovered by bank Rs 16651.91 and Rs 3787.93 from my account (015********5) in 2012.
The said amount was hold from bank in 2012, after my clearance it got deducted from my account on November 2012.
Today bank has deducted Rs. 12820.08 from my account without intimate me.
Complainant's Goal: Reverse the deducted amount in my account
Complainant's Target: ICICI Bank Limited
