Mobikwik - Amount 3000 has been deducted from my bank account

I tried to add the amount of Rs.1000 three times (total Rs.3000) in my mobikwik wallet, however it has not been added to it and the amount of Rs.3000 has been deducted from my bank account on 28/11/2014. I have raised ticket for the same case on the second day also, however I did not get contacted by any one from your team. This is ridiculous, the mobikwik team has taken my money and not contacting us is not correct. Here are my details Email address: joseph.selvan07@gmail.com, Mobile No: ********57/********72.
