Hi,
I have recharged with Rs 500/- but was informed that instead of normal talk time I have got the benefit of 550 talktime but with validity of 24 days as against the normal validity of 3 months. On asking the customer care they say that this is a mistake but they can not do anything about it. It looks a clear case of cheating and I want to file a complaint for refund of money or recharge with normal validity.

Hi,
My Airtel number is +********0865 and I have recharged with Rs 100/- on 10th may 2018. Now rs 5 automatically dedication in my account on daily basis. I have tried to talk coustmer care but unable to talk. I don't know what happened with my number. Kindly stop this dedication and refund my all balance. Otherwise I have to take new SIM card of another company. It looks a clear case of cheating and I want to file a complaint for refund of money.
