Hi Team,
I am a customer of airtel postpaid almost 2years, and I used to pay my bills online else choose airtel kiosks.
However recently I was hospitalized and cannot afford to make payment on time and outstanding balance is pending 2333/-, I requested executive not to stop my services as i will be paying my bill on 28fb ,but shocking was my services stopped on 18feb, and I called executive promised service will be reactivated and done for a day and now complete sim card not available network not available , I am ready to make payment but i was given false promise and been without contact with outer world more than 20days.
lot more to complaint please reactive my service and before I make payment i need to talk to your superior.
