Sub: Disconnection of Telephone No. 40012340 PRI LINE UNDER TARIFF 5000 PM.
Ref: Our repeated request emails to Relationshsip Mgr, Nodal Officer and Negitive Feed back report collected by Airtel in writings.

Dear Sir,

We are having a PRI LINE Connection No. 40012340 at our 3Star Hotel in name of Rose Garden Hotels Pvt.Ltd. (Hotel Shubhangan).

We want to draw your kind attention towards our previous emails in lot , telephonic talk with Relationship Mgr, & ROUGH TALK OF YOUR GM. MR.SUDHIR KUNDAL, Other your representative Mr. Prashant, Mr. Manish Mathur, Ms. Vaishali, Mr.Sanjay Bhutali. results occur Zero.

FURTHER TO INTIMATE you that last since 8th months we are very much unsatisfied with your responses and progress from your end.

Please be Noted we shall not be liable to pay any bill amount after 01.06.2010, therefore we are complelled to humble request you to disconnect our Telephone PRI LINE on 01.06.2010 ( PRI LINE we used above 4 years hence THE PRI CARD is our property)
