This below offer is exist since March-April 2013 and I registered airtel money account in March month and before loading amount into my airtel money account I called to Airtel money customer care and asked about the offer and they said max I can get 50/- for March and 50/- for April. Then I loaded 1000/- on my airtel money account and paid my postpaid airtel bill of 500/- but I was given only 25/- cash back(5%). And when I called to customer care they are saying because I registered on March month so I am eligible only for 5% but when I called to CS and even checked in website it is nowhere mentioned about registration starting date. It is just mentioned that first 2 months of registration date, customer is eligible for 10% cash back(max 50/-). This is not a good service, I am happy with airtel mobile service but airtel money is waste service and even no one is bothering on replying my mail. At the bottom I have provided my complete mail chain. They are saying they have forwarded the issue to concern team and from concern team no reply at all.

Offer Details
Postpaid and fixedline

10% cash back on online postpaid and fixedline bill payments on www.airtel.in with airtel money.
Cash back limited to a maximum of Rs. 50 per month in the first two months of registration.
Terms & conditions:
1. This offer is valid only for Airtel M Commerce Services Limited (airtel money) customers. The offer can be availed only when payments are made using airtel money.
2. This offer is applicable only for paymentdone through www.airtel.in
3. An airtel money wallet can avail 10% cash-back on airtel postpaid & landline bill payment subject to a maximum cash back per month per airtel money wallet of Rs.50/-
4. Cash-back is only limited to the 1st and the 2nd month after registration for the airtel money services.
5. Cash-back amount will be calculated on the total value of the transaction deducted from the airtel money wallet.
6. Cash-back will only be given to airtel money wallet which is used for paying airtel postpaid & landline bill.
7. Cash-back shall be credited in the airtel money wallet within 7 working days from the day of transaction.
8. An airtel money wallet will not be eligible for any other future cash-back offers from airtel money if this offer is availed..
9. Cash-back of Rs 50 per month is cumulative of all the cash-back offers availed on utilities, movies, airtel postpaid & landline and any other online payment.
10. airtel money reserves the right to disqualify any airtel money wallet holder/s from the benefits of this offer, in case of any fraudulent activity/ suspicious transactions.
11. airtel money reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
12. airtel money also reserves the right to discontinue this offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
13. The offer is valid till 30 June 2013
14. In case of any disputes, airtel money's decision will be final.
16. In addition to the above, this offer is also subject to airtel money general terms & conditions available on www.airtel.in/money.

I have sent reminder mail to Airtel.presence@in.airtel.com but there is no reply, and even no reply at this site, so now airtel knows that there is miscommunication by them and so they are not replying. because they don't have answer for my query.

I received below respond when I sent mail to Airtel.presence@in.airtel.com but in the terms and condition no where it is mentioned this details about account creation date so how the customer will know that I am not eligible for 10% and eligible for 5%.

This is the response from Airtel
Please be informed that as per the predefined policy, the accounts created in the month of March 2013 are eligible for 5% cash back only for two months i.e. March 2013 and April 2013.



Also, the 10% cash back offer is only eligible for accounts activated on or after 9th April 2013. Further, as per our records, abovementioned account was activated in the month of March 2013, hence, account doesn’t qualify for cash back offer adjustment to be processed with.
