After complaining to TRAI see the below mentioned diplomatic reply from Airtel. Instead of solving the problem they are saying Network is fine.

We would like to inform that on receipt of your complaint, our technical team has conducted a survey in your area. The team has confirmed availability of adequate outdoor coverage in your area; however, in deep indoor and basement, the coverage found weak.
Further, we have taken your address as an input for future planning and we will keep you updated on the same. We appreciate & value your feedback as this helps us in planning our future network augmentation.
In future too, please feel free to speak to our call center executive on 121 regarding any query/request and on 198 for any complaint, you can also email us at 121@airtelindia.com. You can get in touch with the Nodal Officer with your earlier request or complaint number if its still unresolved.

I totally fed up and frustrated with Airtel Mobile network issue ongoing @ my apartment in Rustam Bagh, Old Airport Road, Bangalore.

I have spoken to several Appellate officers(latest one ShivakanthMeenakshiRohitAsha(Nodal)) and everyone has confirmed that there is a network issue @ Rustam Bagh and Airtel has proposed a new site.(Service Request with Airtel (30150724)) However Airtel doesn't have the budget for this new site in FY10 and not confirming exact date in FY11. (FYI, i have registered this complain back in November 2009 till date i haven't got any solution)

But still Airtel is not helping me in putting a small booster in my apartment providing a temporary solution. I hope to get some resolution from you folks

I am finally writting you this email as i have ran out of options, I am totally frustrated with Airtel Mobile Network Bangalore.. I have send them numerous emailsphones and spoken to N number of NodalAppellateManagersIT Heads officers none of them have been able to help me.
I have spoken to several Appellate officers(latest one ShivakanthMeenakshiAsha(Nodal)) and everyone has confirmed that there is a network issue @ Rustam Bagh, Old Airport Road, Bangalore - 560017 and Airtel has proposed a new site.(Service Request with Airtel (30150724)) However Airtel doesn't have the budget for this new site in FY10 and not confirming exact date in FY11. I am a genuine Airtel user i almost use all different products of Bharti. Please don't disappoint me.

Except for one corner in my house there is no network signal @ my home...

Appellate Officer Bangalore confirmed there is a network problem @ my house. Airtel doesn't have the budget for hosting the big network tower in Rustam Bagh.. However, when i insisted on putting an small booster in my building or home Airtel is running out of stock for the last 3 months. I fail to understand such a multi million dollar company cannot buy boosters ??? I have been following with Airtel with

4 Emails to Appellate Officer
2 Emails to Nodal Officer
3 Phones to Appellate Officer
2 Phones to Nodal Officer
5 Phone calls to Customer Care

I am totally frustrated and looking for some help from Airtel and General Public...

Hi,

This is the 3rd time Airtel has forced me to write an email stating my woes. I have 2 complaints against which neither any action has been taken so far nor any communication has been sent to me regarding this.

1st issue:
I had raised a Service Request with Airtel (30150724) for poor quality of network in my house & Airtel Customer Service was supposed to get back to me by 07-Jan-2010. Airtel technician had come to my place to check the signal strength & had confirmed that the signal was weak & they would install new tower to boost the signal strength. I regret saying that no action has been taken so far. It's been more than 3 months now & we are still facing the poor quality signal at our place. We had called the Nodal office thrice but yet no concrete response from them too. Please can you ask someone to look into this ASAP as I'm frustrated with using Airtel now because of no action taken on my Service Request & I'm sorry to say that if this continues Airtel will lose on their customer.

I'm totally fed up and frustrated of no communication from your side and no action too on your part. If these 2 issues are not resolved at the earliest then I will take this up with TRAI.

Finally i lodge complain with TRAI. But Airtel is so shameless that still they are not working on the issue.

I request all the people staying in Rustam Bagh and using Airtel to post their problems here so that Airtel can take some necessary actions.

Appellate Officer Shivakanth told me that airtel has proposed a new tower into rustam bagh area.. However the company doesnt have the budget this year and is not sure on the dates for next year ....

Meanwhile Appellate officer shivakanth also told me u have to bear the signal issue untill then airtel cannot provide you with a solution :(

I fail to understand how can such a big company like airtel cannot fit a small booster into my apartment which in return can help the whole building ...

Totally *** with airtel !! Can anyone help me in taking legal action towards airtel i would be very greatful to tat person...

It’s so pathetic that airtel_presence team on my complain here is posting that the network issue is resolved ... The complains its ongoing since December 2009 Airtel Confirmed they don’t have the budget for FY10 to put a new tower in Rustam Bagh area.. Stop writing incorrect things and bluff the people, that issue is resolved .... Network @ my home sucks badly at least twice the phone gets disconnected while talking to anyone .... Appellate officer can’t resolve anything all they can say we will talk to the network department and get back to you …. Since last 10 months they have not got back with any solution….. I cant believe Airtel cannot afford to put one small booster in around my building or house were in I will provide the electricity to run that stuff.

I will ask the Rustam Bagh Association to post all their network issues onto this post..
