I am using this airtel postpaid connection (********74) for more than two years. And now I am thinking of connection surrendering after suffering a lot from the service providers attitude. Airtel karanataka always gave me troubles and made me uncomfortable. I have used Airtel connections in kerala and AP also.

Last year I made a request for post to pre migration. Immature and not rained professionals put me into lot of troubles and made me inconvenient. After two months of fight with 121, Nodal officer and applete, I decided to continue using postpaid as nothing is happening(or understood that monthly bill is far better than trouble made by these guys).

I was not at all happy with the postpaid. So I decided to try again. Last month (April 30), I have placed a new request, cleared all the amount submitted all necessary documents. No update for a week! (this is the best part, Airtel will never contact you and update the status of your request, Each time you have to walk to airtel office or make a call to customer care if you need an update). I have contacted airtel office and nodal officer. reply from artel office: SIM number they have entered was wrong, I have to make the remiannig payment and then only they can submit new request. Reply from nodal office: local referral verification negative, I have place a new request, and the reason is I gave incorrect number of 10 digits! how funny, without any doubt its a lie, because there is only 10 boxes and the officer infront of me while filling the form said it to me, so I am sure, I have entered all 10 digits. So fight started again!

Finally last week I have submitted new migration form. This is seventh day today, I have no update. No reply from 121, appelete, or nodal office for my 30+ mails (they just send automated mails). When I contacted airtel office, they are showing me the update for my 30th april request. I have no idea what should I do! this is the worst service providers and customer service guys I have ever worked with. They do not want their customer to be happy!!!!! really hectic and pathetic!!!!!!!!
