I purchased Airtel Internet TV smart tv android setup box from Amazon.in order no : 402-2566650-2889136 on 12th Feb 2019.
Airtel Internet TV ID : 3028289321. Gujarat.
I have been informed that i can see DTH channel for first month free and then 11 months of Airtel TV APP free that i can see on my TV via Chromcast for a year.
After one month of purchase, after finishing the DTH plan my TV stopped working and i cant use android app too. when i call customer care they told me i have to purchase DTH plan then only i can use the android features too. i was shocked because the same thing was not informed me at a time of purchase and installation..
they are making people fool by giving limited information. i asked for refund but they denied sad but true.
Then unfortunately i again bought different DTH plan to continue the service and to use android apps but not the scenario changed, NOW I CAN SEE CHANNEL BUT I CAN NOT USE ANDROID APP.
I tried a lot of time calling customer care but not getting satisfied answer.
Please help me sir they are making frauds. and is really very very unethical..
