Hi Airtel Team,
I recently shifted from prepaid to postpaid service.I regret that decision now.
My current month bill amount includes the Internet amount of more then 700 Rs. I had requested for an internet plan along with my Corporate plan.I mentioned the same in the form while applying for postpaid connection.
I think the internet plan should get activated every month automatically, i don't think u expect your customer to call every month and inform the customer care person to activate it.
You should not except that i will pay the bill, i wil be more then happy to discontinue the service.
I have been using this number for more then 5 years now, i never tried to move to any other operator. I always prefer airtel.
But this is disappointing, I would request you to look into my concern.
Looking forward for a quick response.

I B. Vidhyadhar reddy, being a customer for airtel since more than 14 years bearing my mobile no. ********26. My mobile number has got deactivated since day before yesterday i.e., from (13.04.2015.) When I went to the airtel office the customer care executive said that my number got deactivated due to NDNC violations. But when requested an explanation on what is NDNC? they conveyed that I have used the my mobile number for telemarketing purpose ,which was a great surprise for me, may be one of my message went unknowingly to dnd customer, because i being a customer for airtel since 15 years i have never used this number for any telemarketing purposes. As reference u can check all my outgoing calls since all these years.
so, I kindly request your support to look into the matter & re-active the same at the earliest, since I have only one mobile number which I use for all my relatives, friends and all other official communication to get in touch in emergency, Since I cannot afford another number I kindly request you to reactivate my number as early as possible.
